Engaging video is the standard for modern marketing, but the process of capturing, editing, and producing high quality video content can be overwhelming for libraries without dedicated marketing staff. In this presentation, Plano Public Library will share how their eProduction team contributes to the efficient development of video content for instructional videos and social media drawing from all positions and skill levels. We will discuss our project management strategies, brand and quality standards, and how members of the eProduction team are trained and supported.
