Join a roundtable discussion with like-minded library marketers and communicators. There will be three rounds of 20-minute conversations per table, so you can select up to three topics of interest:

  • Branding and Identity: Understanding the importance of a consistent brand message, logo, color scheme, and voice in shaping public perception.
  • Content Marketing: Creating valuable, relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) to attract and retain customers, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Social Media Strategy: How to leverage social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build community, create awareness, and drive conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Best practices for crafting effective email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Crisis Communication: Developing a communication plan to manage public relations crises, ensuring timely, transparent, and effective messaging during emergencies.
  • AI: How to use AI to drive marketing and communication efficiency while evaluating the risks and associated advantages.
