Thursday November 14, 2024 1:30pm - 2:30pm CST

She will also describe how she has “sold” public and academic library research services to former students who are now practicing journalists, and to other groups outside academia. Tips and tricks (and lessons learned) will be discussed along with how these approaches can be applied to multiple library settings and sizes.
