Email Essentials: Increasing Patron Engagement through Marketing
Thursday November 14, 2024 10:00am - 11:00am CST
In the past, Rochester Hills Public Library’s email campaigns mainly consisted of one big news piece followed by a wall of event promotions. Recognizing that the majority of our patron base rely on email communication for library news, we decided that it was time for a refresh.
