About me
I came to the library marketing world after a career in public relations video production and distribution and then as a high school English and Theater teacher. I was awarded the Illinois Library Marketer of the Year in 2014 and was a member of the Soon to Be Famous Author project that won the John Cotton Dana Award in 2015. I ran the campaign that helped pass a $22.5 million referendum for a new library in 2016. We opened our fabulous new building in April 2023.
