About me
Samantha Paul is the Reference and Marketing Librarian at Valdosta State University (@vsuodumlibrary).
She has been working on the library’s Instagram since 2016. In addition to managing the library’s social media,
Samantha designs promotional materials, crafts monthly newsletters, chairs the library’s marketing committee,
and represents the library on the university’s Integrated Marketing Council. Samantha has a long-standing
research interest in various aspects of social media both authoring a book chapter and presenting on the
subject. When she is not scrolling on Instagram, Samantha enjoys nature walks, watching questionable reality
TV, and starting too many new hobbies.
