Cathleen Sparrow is an innovative and collaborative leader with 30 years of executive-level experience across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, including 20 years in nonprofit fundraising. Passionate about community engagement, volunteerism, and mission-inspired fundraising, she has been the Foundation Executive Director at Anne Arundel County Public Library since 2020, leveraging her extensive experience gained over 25 years in public parks and recreation before transitioning to nonprofits. She graduated from San Jose State University and holds executive graduate certificates from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana School of Fundraising, and American Express.
