Michele Dimond is the marketing coordinator for Rochester Hills Public Library in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Michele has a background in graphic design and marketing, working in the realms of non-profit and education before making her way into library services two years ago. As a single member of a team of three, she knows how to make do with the time and resources available and knows that even small changes can have a big impact.
