About me
I am a one-person marketing and communications department for the Northeastern University Library, where I create content and provide communications to share news and promote resources and services to students, faculty, and staff at our Boston campus and at our global campuses and online. I design and produce physical and digital promotional materials; create signage; design and send e-newsletters; plan and promote events; and manage our social media accounts, among various other tasks. I also provide comic relief. I have an extensive background in both communications, in which I have a bachelor's degree, and librarianship, as I have a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and previously worked as a reference librarian. While I enjoy talking about work, I prefer even more to talk about my interests: Stephen King books, Parks & Rec, baking and eating sweet treats, horror movies, my corgis, and late '80s/early '90s-era professional wrestling.
