Victoria Edwards began her library career in reference and outreach before shifting to library marketing and administration. Since starting at the West Bloomfield Library in 2021, she has overseen numerous projects, including creating a Style Guide, facilitating a Community Needs Assessment, overhauling the library’s website and social media presence, migrating to a targeted email platform, and driving countless campaigns. Last year, she also received her MLIS and was named Support Staff of the Year through the Michigan Library Association.
